my boyfriend broke up with me via text message today and yesterday my roommate found out her boyfriend cheated on her. we havent been eating healthy.
i mean, since the binge, i’ve stayed under 1000 calories probably, but on the upper end of the spectrum. here is todays meal plan:

got a stomach ache so i will eat tums. its my own fault. not going to weigh myself until tuesday or so because i will just be upset at the number
